GPG Financial Clerk Vacancies 2024 Full Job Description

Requirements :

  • A Grade 12 Certificate. Computer literacy. Good communication skills, good customer relations. Must be able to rotate to different areas of responsibility. Knowledge of SAP (HIS) and BAS system. Knowledge of Batho Pele principles, UPFS and all policies in Finance Department, General Administrative. Experience in health finance will be added as an advantage.

Duties :

  • Billing, Filling, Petty Cash, Main Cashier Rolles, Sub-Cashier Rolles and updating patient information. Debt collection, write-offs, journals, adjustments, and allocation of payments. Attending workshops, meetings and training as required. Perform duties as accordance with job description and any other work duties as delegated.
